Sr. Project Manager/CAC/Industrial Hygienist Location: Los Angeles OR Orange County (preferred) Remote flexibility with the ability to come into the office We are a top environmental sciences consulting firm with a well-known presence and strong client-based approach. Responsibilities of this role include performing asbestos and lead-based paint surveys and assessments, preparing hazardous materials survey reports, assisting in the development of abatement specifications as well as operations and maintenance plans, overseeing abatement activities, conducting clearance sampling, and preparing scope proposals for clients. What You Need for this Position We are seeking Industrial Hygienists with the CAC and Project Management experience who can interact with our clients. In this role, you will manage key accounts, prepare proposals, understand the client's need, delegate responsibilities, and provide mentorship to other field staff. Some of our building-related environmental projects include Health and Safety Plans, healthy building audits, noise monitoring, risk assessments, hazardous material report review, and training services. Experience To Have For This Position Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) or Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) Lead Inspector/Assessor/Project Monitor.
