Job Description Job Description Summary The (Smartsheet) Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for the successful implementation, deployment, and integration of Smartsheet within Quigley-Simpson’s ecosystem. The goal is to customize and configure Smartsheet to meet the specific needs of cross-functional departments and projects. The Sr. Program Manager will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, configure Smartsheet, and provide training so that the platform is set up to scale effectively. Core Capabilities Technical Proficiency Smartsheet Expertise: Deep understanding of Smartsheet features, functionalities, and best practices Integration Skills: Ability to integrate Smartsheet with other software tools and systems Automation: Knowledge of creating automated workflows within Smartsheet Integration: Partner with IT, Finance, Media, PMO, and other relevant teams to integrate Smartsheet with other tools and systems used within the organization Analytical Skills Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Reporting: Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance Project Management Planning and Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Communication Training: Capability to conduct training sessions and create training materials Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders Problem-Solving Troubleshooting: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues related to Smartsheet implementation and usage Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and improve workflows and project outcomes Training and Support Training: Create and facilitate training sessions for employees to ensure that they are proficient in using Smartsheet Ongoing Support: Troubleshoot as needed Documentation Detail-Oriented: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on Smartsheet configurations, processes, and best practices Academic/Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in information systems, project management, business, or a related field Required Skills/Experience Proven experience in implementing and managing Smartsheet or similar project management tools Analytical skills Strong understanding of relational database systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience with data visualization tools is a plus Technical Skills Advanced Excel proficiency with functions, formulas, pivot tables, automation Experience with SQL for data queries and reporting Strong understanding of Smartsheet features and functionalities Experience with integration/automation within Smartsheet is a plus Communication Ability to relay complex terms/concepts into simple, everyday language Ability to create training materials and train cross-functional users at all levels of the agency Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address issues promptly Preferred Familiarity with standard creative and media processes, life cycles, and workflows is a plus Project Management Professional (PMP) certification LI-DNP LI-REMOTE
