We have an excellent opportunity for a Sr. Donor Relations Manager in our Mission Advancement department This position can be home-based. Responsibilities Responsible for leading and driving high-capacity donor and gift stewardship services and growing established relationships with donors and their representatives in collaboration with the primary donor relationship manager. Serve as a strategic project manager to ensure team’s fulfillment of grant/gift deliverables with donor happiness, recognition, and engagement as the primary focus. Responsible for developing, guiding, and executing processes and activities to ensure fulfillment excellence by monitoring projects led by implementation teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for servicing a portfolio of assigned relationships with active gifts in fulfillment. Lead the gap from gift award to fulfillment, including as a project manager as needed to ensure the project transitions efficiently from award notification to implementation and monitoring. Customize and develop high-quality interim and final project reports, leveraging project reports provided by the implementation teams. Lead and manage donor recognition with the relationship manager, Mission Advancement, and Marketing/Communications teams. Lead project tasks in Asana project management software, ensuring regular updates to clearly and actively communicate progress. Experience with Fundraising, Donor Stewardship, and/or Marketing. Decision-making ability to solve problems while working under pressure. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Five (5) years of relevant experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated report writing skills. Excellent in advanced PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Customer Relationship Management systems. Experience in grant writing and grant requirements. Ability to establish, manage, and provide progress updates on project management plans and timelines using software tools. Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and lead teams to achieve plan objectives. Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay. Preferred Skills: Project Management Certification.
