Position Overview The Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning leads the execution of and drives the effectiveness of the S&OP Process, Demand Planning and Supply Planning and serves as the Operations lead on the company’s Cross Functional Team planning group. This person will be responsible for: Partnering with Sales to align on a resource plan that responds to current and expanding products and markets. Developing supply chain planning and execution models to determine and validate business strategies. Creating holistic strategy recommendations to ensure that the company has the appropriate resources (tools and team) and operating plans to support current forecasted business and projected growth. The Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning works in collaboration with senior functional managers and key stakeholders in: Sales Marketing Logistics Manufacturing Finance Additionally, they will collaborate with their peers in HQ.
