Job Description
Responsibilities: Facilitates meetings with the appropriate subject matter experts to elicit specifics on requirements Performs analysis to determine and verify business requirements and functional design/specifications Defines and documents detailed systems requirements Documents and maintains progress of stories, iterations, and releases for our agile projects through use of agile project tools On waterfall projects responsible for writing SRA (System Requirement Analysis) and SDS (System Design Specification) Work with product owners and business to elicit requirements and use cases Performs demos to internal and external teams Work with QA and the business on test scenarios Responsible for triaging defects that come to the development team Work with business partners and technology team to define, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Utilizes standard processes, design, and testing tools throughout project development life cycle Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates Experience producing the following artifacts as needed throughout the SDLC Functional requirements documentation, Use Cases, GUI Screen mockups, Swim lanes Ability to provide effort estimates for analysis deliverables Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously Work independently with users to define concepts under minimal direction of the project manager Serves as the conduit between the business units, technology, and support teams Familiarity with Change control process Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst working as a liaison between the business and technology; working in the enterprise technology organization. Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies Experience in product management and business analysis functions Experience in managing global teams Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need Experience with data flow diagrams and document business processes Communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze business needs and functional requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts Excellent grasp of business process and operational workflow modeling J-18808-Ljbffr
