Position will support to manage multiple office properties throughout the North Orange County and Inland Empire areas. Company is known for their high level of service to customers and employees alike Company offers great benefits, opportunities for career growth, milage reimbursement, skill development and MUCH MORE Responsibilities will include: Driving to multiple property locations Visiting properties and touring with prospective tenants Working with day porters and maintenance engineers Assisting with Annual CAM reconciliations Interfacing with vendors for scheduled and preventative maintenance Managing vendor relationships Assisting Manager with coordinating TI and CapEx projects Managing compliance for vendors and tenants Coordinating maintenance and determining property maintenance timelines Assisting with budget preparation and variance reports Coordinating tenant events Scheduling routine preventive building maintenance Managing tenant work order requests Specialty Qualifications: Strong communicator with excellent people skills Ability to listen and provide solutions for tenants Solid accounting and financial knowledge Qualifications: 3 years' Property Management experience within office properties Strong people and development/mentorship skills BA or BS highly desired CA RE License preferred Strong Fire Life and Safety knowledge MS Office - intermediate to advanced
