ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION: Evaluate patients/clients; develop a plan of care with associated goals, including quantifiable speech and language outcome targets Provide diagnosis, treatment, instruction, and other speech and language services according to the scope of practice limitations per State statute Uphold Crow Therapies values as the core of our work environment: Positive Attitude, Ethical, Adaptability, Kindness QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate of an approved Speech-Language&Hearing Pathology program and is eligible to pursue and apply for a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language and audiology granted by the ASHA A person licensed to practice Speech-Language&Audiology in Texas A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical&/or written, post-training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position Pediatric experience preferred.
