Description Bierman Autism Centers is looking for Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with weekend availability to join a motivated and energetic team focused on transforming the lives of children diagnosed with autism. You will be committed to working in-home with families and helping caregivers and their child grow on their terms. Our one-on-one approach is focused on natural play to teach foundational skills such as self-advocacy and communication. The Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) has a primary responsibility to accelerate client success. The SLP will formulate and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of clients in their assigned location, ensuring clinical quality, ethical practice, and positive client outcomes. Responsibilities: Direct, design and implement programs for SLP services for assigned clients Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Regularly evaluate progress according to professional guidelines Ensure ethical and individualized client programming Update progress reports Document all activities according to professional and funder guidelines Stay current with professional literature and best practices Drive coordination of care with ABA and Speech services Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions Conduct clinical presentations to staff Attend clinical staff and collaboration meetings Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community Requirements: Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology Willingness to work weekend hours, in-home Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) State Licensure Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Ability to maintain required licensure to practice while employed We can’t wait to review your application and for you to join our team J-18808-Ljbffr
