Summary As a Speech Language Pathologist at Flagship Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality speech therapy services to our patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions for diverse populations. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care. Educate patients and families about communication strategies and techniques.
