As a Specialist System Engineering, you will be part of a team working on a real-time, highly scalable, and distributed systems. You will be responsible for new and existing requirements to secure full test coverage as systems level. You will support Product Management, Engineering, and (Technical) Operations in creating and ensuring the best quality of our product. What will you do: Create and maintain test plan (progression and regression) Perform detailed manual testing on a feature-by-feature basis as well as regression and sanity checks Work with development team to identify test areas and scenarios Identify and raise bugs into tracking system and follow through until release to production Work embedded within a cross functional team and take ownership for the quality of the feature being released Ability to clearly articulate release quality status to responsible managers Required Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in the software testing industry working on a complex system hands on 2-3 years’ experience testing and debugging Mobile applications Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes 2-3 years' experience in creating and executing clear, concise, comprehensive test plans and test cases 2-3 years' experience testing in a modem software process such as Agile – shift left testing approach 2-3 years' experience with Charles, Postman, Kibana (Elk) 2-3 years’ experience in test management tool (Itrack preferred) Desired Experience: 2-3 years’ experience with CI/CD pipelines Good technical skills to understand and analyze defects Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills (team player) A passion for technology and quality Desired Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or Math; Developer nanodegree; or equivalent experience preferred.
