Employ a variety of instructional strategies, accommodations, and assistive technologies to facilitate student engagement and success. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Valid CAteaching certification or licensure for Special Education. Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in an educational setting. Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices. Understanding of individualized instruction, behavior management techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
