What you’ll do: Run the pass during busy service times to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of dishes to surpass guest expectations Support the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory management and food preparation Provide guidance and mentorship to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment Create and manage staff rosters Manage food safety and ensure adherence to compliance and safety standards What you’ll need: Previous experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume establishment Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets Trade Cooking qualifications The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team The benefits are good too An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs&accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
