Job Description Primary responsibilities: Gathering data for clients through industry research, name generation, and strategic grit. Sourcing in the form of cold calling, following up on referrals, and identifying candidates through social media. Updating and maintaining applicant tracking system. Writing job descriptions that people actually enjoy reading because finding the right job is important and we really care about it. Scheduling candidate interviews. Building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Qualifications Position requirements: Search/sourcing experience from either retained or contingency recruiting is preferred, but if you’re down and driven, we can train you. Self-aware, self-motivated individual that will take pride when it is their turn to hit the gong. Highly organized with a strong sense of personal accountability.
