Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior architect on a major project utilizing SOA principles. Minimum 5 years hands-on development in implementing RESTful and SOAP web services using TIBCO or J2EE stack. Minimum 5 years hands-on implementing solutions using JMS technology and ORM tools. Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing application architecture and solutions. Minimum 5 years of experience establishing and enforcing SOA governance in large SOA based applications. 4-5 years of experience as team leads following an Agile execution model. Minimum of 7 years of experience developing in distributed application environments (Database, Transaction Management). Preferred Qualifications Providing solutions on Event Driven Architecture. Having experience using TIBCO or similar SOA tools/platform, ESB tools. Having hands-on design and development using various TIBCO products such as BW and BE. Having hands-on experience with application servers and containers such as TIBCO BW, JBOSS, WebLogic.
