Respond to application issues as they arise and resolve in a timely, considerate, and forward-thinking manner. Partner with other software engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to solve challenging business problems for our customers and employees. Take initiative in a fast paced Kanban environment, clarifying and improving requirements when necessary. Provide meaningful code review and mentorship to other engineers. Continue learning and stay up to date with modern development practices.
