Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: Manage temperature-controlled, inventoried material in multiple warehouse locations. Perform Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transactions in SAP. Process Transfer Orders (TO's) and Goods Receipts (GR's). Operate various manual and motorized warehouse equipment. Reprioritize tasks based on unexpected changes in the schedule and business needs. Maintain training requirements. Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness. Maintain inventory accuracy. Notify management if materials experience temperatures out of specification. Coordinate transfer and reconciliation of materials between facilities and complete required documentation. Follow all safety and general warehouse rules and policies; maintain professionalism in a regulated environment. Competencies: Inter- and intradepartmental interaction. Plan and coordinate material and/or equipment transfers between warehouse locations as required. Lead shipping/receiving activities. Authorized to operate the company vehicle to deliver/retrieve raw materials, semi-finished goods, or finished goods and ensure temperature remains within specification. Education&Experience: Requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years in related experience. GMP experience in a regulated environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills&Abilities: Ability to follow oral and written instructions; basic computer knowledge; attention to detail; basic organizational skills; effective communication; good customer service interaction; and ability to meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Occupational Demands: May occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise manipulate objects up to 55 pounds in weight, and/or frequently manipulate objects up to 25 pounds. May work in 2-8C or -20C walk-in units for extended periods of time. Benefits: The estimated pay scale for the Shipping&Receiving Associate I role based in Vista, CA is $18.00 - $23.80/hour depending on experience. Additionally, the position is eligible to participate in up to 5% of the company bonus pool.
