Position: Field Installation/Service/Maintenance Technician Field Installation/Service/Maintenance Technicians are a critical part of our business, known for outstanding service, maintenance, and installation of Pneumatic Tube Systems. We provide preventative maintenance servicing, emergency call outs, and manning the service support line. Your capability to keep our customers operating at optimal levels is critical. Responsibilities: Perform installation works in Hospitals, Supermarkets, and Construction sites, including installing PVC Tube 75mm-160mm. Conduct fault finding on equipment during maintenance and service calls. Participate in a shared After Hours On Call Roster and occasional emergency break-fix call outs. Assist with light warehouse duties when at our Kings Park warehouse. Provide remote support through telephone troubleshooting. Qualifications: Excellent mechanical/electrical aptitude and comfort with technology. Ability to interpret schematics and construction plans. Great team attitude with a focus on delivering quality solutions to customers. A current full driver's licence is required. Covid Vaccination is mandatory as per Government mandate for working at Hospitals and Aged Care Facilities. A Company Vehicle, Mobile, iPad, and Uniform are provided.
