Core Focus: This role involves managing client relationships and providing roofing solutions for large commercial properties, community housing, and high rises. Responsibilities include addressing active water intrusion issues, conducting preventative maintenance, collaborating with consultants, owners, and representatives to resolve roofing issues, and delivering excellent client service through thorough inspections. Responsibilities Manages and grows the sales pipeline daily by earning a relationship with the client. Surveys roofs, diagnoses problem conditions, and formulates corrective solutions. Estimates corrective scopes of work. Prepares effective presentation packages using FCS software or spreadsheets for short scopes. Delivers personalized presentations to our customers as required. Partners with project stakeholders to secure deals. Assists clients by managing their roofing portfolios. Works with the Sales Coordinator to create&transfer an excellent project budget and scope of work. Works with the Sales Coordinator to aggressively track projects through the project life cycle within the FU-CRM software. Updates project status daily. How We Measure Success: Provides customers with an outstanding customer service experience. Adheres to required response/scheduling times. Achieves target KPI in relation to Gross Margin/labor hour and Gross Margin dollar objectives. Requirements SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. Roofing, real estate facility management, and/or construction background preferred. Goal-oriented with a desire to learn, grow, and earn. Experience working within team environments. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs. Meets moderate physical demands of daily roof climbing. Strong commitment to early morning shifts and flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and different shifts. J-18808-Ljbffr
