Job Summary: The Senior Regional Property Manager will be responsible for managing operations across multiple residential and/or commercial properties within a designated area. You will be managing four Regional Managers. This role requires strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in property management. The successful candidate will ensure that properties are maintained to high standards, occupancy rates are maximized, and compliance with regulatory and company policies is met.
