Job Description Job Description The Senior Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of both commercial and residential properties. This role involves ensuring the properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met. The Senior Property Manager will manage day-to-day operations, including leasing, tenant relations, property maintenance, and budgeting. They will also oversee a team of property staff, negotiate contracts, handle property inspections, and ensure compliance with local regulations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of property management best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and approve property budgets, financial reports, and tenant CAM reconciliations - Maximize NOI and occupancy rates in line with owner objectives - Manage commercial property leases, renewals, and tenant relations - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, lease agreements, and contracts - Conduct property inspections, recommend improvements, and oversee maintenance - Set market rents and determine appropriate renewal increases - Review and approve bids for capital projects and tenant buildouts - Assist with third-party pitch decks and new property onboarding - Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors Qualifications: - WI Real Estate License (Broker’s License preferred) - 5 years in property management (2 years in commercial management) - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software - Industry certifications (CPM) a plus - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay updated on market trends
