Position Summary Primary responsibility with managing contracting and negotiations with Dental Medicaid Vendors in existing Markets and new opportunities. Plays an integral role in dental business development with Requests for Information and Request for Proposals. This is an individual contributor role. Required Qualifications 7-10 years Contract Negotiations 7-10 years experience in RFP Preferred Qualifications Dental Vendor experience Strong Negotiation experience 3-5 years Dental Medicaid contract negotiations 3-5 years experience in Dental RFP Negotiating and writing Dental Medicaid Agreements and Amendments Customizing Dental Medicaid contracts proposals and negotiating contracts Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage priorities Establishing and building strong relationships externally and internally Collaborate with various departments within HP Adaptability when priorities shift Advance knowledge of excel, pivot tables, SharePoint Sound judgement and problem-solving skills Driven individual that can work independently and as a team Education Bachelors or equivalent professional work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $170,800.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
