\nWhat you will be doing:\n
\n
\nPlay a pivotal role in development, implementation, and maintenance of our DevOps infrastructure.\n
\nYou will partner closely with local engineering teams and offshore SRE teams to build robust, scalable, and efficient systems for automating the software delivery lifecycle.\n
\nEstablish and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other relevant tools to automate software deployment\n
\nLead the development and implementation of infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform\n
\nCollaborate with Engineering, QA, and SRE functions to drive best practices for software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.\n
\nSupport and improve our tools for continuous integration, streamlines our operations, processes, and releases management.\n
\nWork on identifying and integrating new tools and technologies to improve automation and streamline workflows.\n
\nDevelop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Terraform, and scripting languages to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.\n
\nSet up monitoring, tracing and logging solutions using [existing / new, internal / cloud native technologies].\n
\nImplement and manage containerized applications using AWS services such as Amazon ECS or EKS, and orchestrate containers using Docker and Kubernetes.\n
\n
\nWhat you will need:\n
\n
\nBachelor's degree from an accredited institution, and either 3+ years of relevant professional experience or advanced degree such as a masters or PhD.\n
\nProficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.\n
\nPreferred qualifications\n
\nTypical qualifications for the role are 5+ years of relevant experience DevOps, SRE, or related role, demonstrating a progression in responsibilities and technical skills.\n
\nExtensive experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, etc.).\n
\nStrong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.\n
\nExpertise in managing and deploying cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n
\nEffective communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams effectively.\n

\nFIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $136,190.00 - $228,790.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.\n
