Essential Functions Manage the modernization and transformation of our core ERP platform, enabling a true digital core platform to be the foundation across our enterprise landscape. Proven expertise in scoping, architecting, and implementing ERP solutions to meet complex global business requirements. Deployment best practices with Cloud ERP a plus. Lead the modernization and transformation of the modern analytics platform supporting the associated ERP and enabling business agility. Experience in implementing and managing data warehouses, data integrations, and related capabilities for advanced reporting and forecasting throughout the enterprise. Mentor key IT personnel, fostering their professional growth and preparing them for future leadership roles within the department. Provide leadership to the team responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics implementation to deliver projects, enhancements, and perform day-to-day operational activities related to the Dynamics 365 platform. Demonstrated experience with IT budgeting, financial reporting (internal to IT), and monitoring projects to ROI for funding and resource allocation. Partner with Business Leaders to develop a customer portal strategy, develop a plan to execute, and lead the team to deliver on-time/on-budget. Negotiate development request priorities and timelines with Business Leaders and monitor and report on progress. Establish a financial plan for all Digital Experience-related IT activities and successfully manage to plan. Utilize strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills to relay information to large groups or high-level constituents. Assist in developing and documenting business recovery strategies to resume system operations in case of disasters. Exercising substantial creativity, innovate new processes, procedures, working products within guidelines to achieve established objectives. Allocate workload among team members and managers. Oversee and take accountability for the solution design process by ensuring solutions that are aligned with business strategies and operational workflow and establish budgets and vendor service-level agreements. Collaborate with IT Security Team to ensure adherence to all IT security and governance policies. Devise and establish IT policies and systems that support the overall business strategy. These policies may cover areas like security, data governance, and compliance. Other duties as assigned.
