The Sr. BCBA will be a proven clinical resource at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. Their mission is to coach other Behavior Analysts to reach their highest potential, and review clinical programming and assessment documentation to ensure high quality of clinical care. The Sr. BCBA must hold a valid BCBA certification, and be prepared to lead less experienced BCBAs and clinicians pursuing their BCBA credential. About What You’ll Work On: Clinical Excellence Duties: Conduct initial assessments and FBAs Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload Supervise Mid-level supervisors, in compliance with funding source guidelines Engage in quality assurance activities, including treatment plan, program execution, and session note reviews Provide clinical consultation/mentorship to less experienced BCBAs Oversee clinical processes when Site Director is out of the office Assist in performance reviews in collaboration with Site Director, when needed Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation Metrics of Success: Meet weekly billable requirement of 20 on a consistent basis 100% compliance on 3-tiered supervision requirements 85% utilization of client authorized hours 90% or better Supervisor Clinical QA scores Ensure 5% BT Supervision is met monthly Ensure 10-20% Client Supervision is met monthly. Ensure monthly parent training requirement is met 90% or better RBT Renewal Rate 90% or better on time ABA treatment plan submission.
