Applies research, information gathering, and analytical and interpretation skills to problems of diverse scope. Works under general direction of senior systems’ personnel within the department. Contributes to department/unit by ensuring quality of tasks/services provided by self. Establishes working relationships with other key stakeholders. Enhances own knowledge through understanding business trends, business best practices and objectives. Develops own project management techniques supporting existing and future projects.
