Responsibilities The security ambassador is responsible for safeguarding the assets of Hollywood Casino and its guests. Safeguard assets, guests, and team members. Escort gaming chips, tokens, cash, and other assets to the appropriate personnel. Supervise the end of gaming day drop. Oversee the counting of tokens. Prepare security reports in a timely manner and ensure accuracy and completeness. Know the procedures for both Security Control locations, i.e., Sensitive Key and Temporary - Badge Logs, Fire Alarm Panel, for Man Trap, Administrative Building, i.e., Cameras and Fire - Panel, and the Security Vehicle. Demonstrate and follow the emergency procedures of the Security Department and assist the maintenance department in an emergency condition. Responsible for the proper usage of equipment, i.e., radios, handcuffs, cameras, and ID scanners. Responsible for the Alcohol Awareness Initiative and ensures that only guests over 21 years of age are allowed in the casino. Address any individual not wearing an Illinois Gaming Board Identification Badge found in non-public areas. Escort individuals who have an admitted gaming issue to the dockside IGB Agent. Report suspicious activity. Maintain First Aid/AED certification. Respond to medical emergencies and complete Illness/Injury reports. Promote and lead in our ACES of PENN program to external and internal guests that perpetuate Hollywood Casino’s commitment towards quality guest service. Requirements Must be 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English. Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including calculating discounts, interest, and commissions and apply to practical situations. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License. J-18808-Ljbffr
