State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Knowledge of psychological assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education regulations. Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience working in a school setting is preferred. Commitment to cultural competence and providing equitable services to a diverse Job Requirements Master's in School Psychology isrequired Must have School Psychologist Licensure in Missouri Must be able to pass a drug and background check Interview Process 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit.
