Job Title: SAP Functional Lead Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Lead (FI/CO) to support, develop, and enhance SAP modules with a focus on Finance and Controlling. The role involves managing both project-based initiatives and day-to-day production support. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP's Finance and Controlling modules, especially in manufacturing operations, and have experience in integrating with Sales, Distribution, and Production processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to guide project teams and collaborate with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling. Participate in global projects covering all phases of the SAP System Development Life Cycle, from conceptual design to implementation. Serve as a key point of contact between the development team and business stakeholders for SAP FI/CO modules. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on SAP FI/CO functionality and reporting. Collaborate with other functional specialists to ensure seamless solution design and integration. Focus on deploying a Global Template for Finance, ensuring alignment across regions. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and estimates for system testing and implementation phases. Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and effective solutions. Analyze issues, collect relevant data, and draw valid conclusions to resolve challenges. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Extensive experience with SAP modules, particularly FI (Financial) and CO (Controlling), and their integration with SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and QM (Quality Management). Strong background in SAP configuration, including areas such as Product Costing, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger Accounting. Experience with FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) for Credit, Collections, and Disputes Management. Solid understanding of data flow, integration points, and entity relationships across SAP modules. Proven ability to deliver results within timelines and meet global service level agreements (SLAs). Preferred Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in developing functional specifications for system improvements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
