At Orchards we continue to serve patients who need to see a clinician quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries such as cuts and bruises, sprains and strains, severe colds and flu, allergies and rashes. The ideal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will have a minimum of two years or more years of Urgent Care, Walk-In / Same Day, or Primary Care clinician experience. Practice Highlights: Clinic Hours: Monday – Sunday 8 am to 8 pm. Open 7 days a week, including holidays. Full Time - Variable Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts weekly, with one additional 12-hour shift added throughout the month to meet patient contact hour goals 40 weekly/1.0 FTE. No call requirements. Seeing all ages 0-99: Up to 40 walk in and scheduled patients. Non-paneled position. Fast-paced practice with EPIC EMR. 14 exam spaces shared with the Family Medicine team, with on-site Digital X-Ray, and point of care lab testing available. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy quick access to the Pacific Ocean, Mount Hood, Mount St. Helens, and never-ending recreational activities of the Pacific Northwest. We are home to some of the world’s best mountain biking and wind-surfing locales. 15 minutes from an international airport – Portland (PDX) There is no Washington State income tax.
