This will include but not limited to conducting site visits, performing outside calls, attending trade shows, communicating and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and developing relationships with clients. Other duties include preparing reports, developing and conducting persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients and maintaining knowledge of hotel, market, and brand. Market experience is preferred, but it is not required. Hilton experience is a plus, but not required. This position does require previous hotel experience. Salary range for this position is $60-70k a year and is eligible for a bonus program based on achieving set goals. Sales Managers are Overtime Eligible Managers (OEM).
