Knollmeyer Building Corp, a North Andover based General Contractor, in business 34 years, seeks a self-driven sales representative to focus on marketing and business development, in the effort to generate new business and contacts, which lead to new projects for the firm. We operate a well established marketing and business development department, and we are looking to grow and expand to develop new business. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, the candidate will identify, cold call, develop, maintain relationships with the target market. Responsibilities: Call on prospects to solicit business, specifically architects and decision makers for non-profits. Help prepare and conduct sales presentations with the VP of Marketing and Business Development Attend site inspections for pre-bid walkthroughs with our in- house estimating team. Prepare sales packets and mailers. Develop, manage and maintain relationships with your account contacts. Help prepare and implement account action plans to secure new business. Meet all assigned sales quotas for prospecting, outside calls and coveting definite business by managing time and territory effectively. Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and the project management team to ensure that a customer's contract terms are applied and there is a seamless transition from sales to project management. Candidates must have previous marketing and/or sales experience in the architecture, engineering or construction industry. Have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills while building productive business relationships.
