Key Requirement: Established Book of Business We're looking for sales executives who bring a robust network of at least 20 consistent referral sources. Your existing relationships in the sleep health or medical technology field are crucial to our success. Leverage existing relationships. Meeting productivity metrics, inputs daily account activity and data and promotes efficiency in daily sales calls Taking advantage of Data to target accounts and expand the territory Reviewing daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and develop an appropriate strategy to achieve the company's sales goals Expanding our presence, opportunities, and prospects in a continuously growing market place Account Management: Building strong client relationships: physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, office managers, referral coordinators, sleep labs, sleep techs, etc. to maintain your current book of business and acquire new customers Organizing and leading meetings using collaborative platforms Maintain and schedule/coordinate in-services, and deliver presentations Communicate with physician offices and clinics to address their needs Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill physician and patient requests Resolve complaints and track processes pertaining to physician office needs Act as the client's representative to improve customer experience Leverage business acumen and product knowledge to develop effective value propositions Maintain company image through professional customer interactions Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations Participate in trade shows and conventions as appropriate Territory Management: Make an adequate and aggressive number of sales calls per day with key decision-makers and enter them into the database daily Submit timely and accurate expense reports, territory business plans, and additional administrative requirements Spend 80-90% of time in the territory making face-to-face sales calls, conducting in-services or presentations Organize and execute sales meetings within company budget guidelines Strategically plan and execute to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency Provide weekly reports to company leadership: referrals, activity, notes, new doctors, etc. You are part of: The organization has experienced significant growth and development in the Houston area throughout the last year.
