Position: RN Per Diem Part Time Evenings Location: The Osborn , Rye, NY Shifts: Per Diem, Hours Varying, All Shifts Available Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to our residents in accordance with established protocols and best practices. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Requirements: - Valid NYS RN license. - Prior experience in skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
