Uses information from a variety of sources to assess, plan, implement, identify outcomes, and evaluate the patient's plan of care. The Clinical Nurse I, II, and III oversee the duties and competencies of the healthcare team; these include the performance of nursing assistant duties and the environmental services duties, as applicable. The Clinical Nurse I, II, and III will practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and center policies. Required Qualifications: Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement. California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
