Responsibilities Safely handle the packing, moving, and unpacking of customer belongings to ensure their protection. Maintain open and clear communication with team members, clients, and move coordinators. Adhere to instructions provided by the Team Leader and promptly report any existing damages to items. Thrive in a fast-paced setting and effectively manage high-stress situations. Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in adhering to work schedules. Qualifications Must successfully pass background check, drug screen, and driving record check. Should have a consistent and reliable attendance history. Ability to work flexible hours, which may include weekends, holidays, and overtime. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of operating an electric lift, hand truck, and pallet jack is a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
