Duties include personal care, meal preparation, feeding, cleaning, errands, and all daily living activities, scheduling, on call, grocery and supply shopping. Must have the ability to deal with issues related to staffing, client care, and compliance. A Go-Getter mindset and Team Leader. Minimum Requirements: 21 years or older Valid Driver License Own Reliable Vehicle Flexible Schedule CPR and First Aid Certified Med Delegated Previous House Manager is Mandatory Worked in the healthcare field minimum 3 years Experience with Persons with developmental disabilities Money Management/Budgeting Staff Scheduling Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds Additoonal requirements will be discussed in interview.
