Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Residential Manager to become a part of our team You will work alongside DSPs and DSP Team Leads to coordinate care for the consumer. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations Plan and coordinate services and outings (ex. grocery store, doctor's visits, library, daily errands, etc.) Work collaboratively with Direct Support Professionals, Team Leads, and Residential Director to ensure consumer needs are met Maintain a clean environment to ensure consumer safety Enforce Input Residential policies and procedures in the field ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, behavior, or other medical fields Experience in a managerial or supervisory role Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Input Residential is a BDDS waiver agency servicing the ID community.
