Job Description Job Description Lead Position: Mon.-Fri. 2P-10P The Lead Resident Service Attendant position at Moreland Courts Condominium Association, Inc. will lead the resident service experience, while leading the Resident Service Attendants to ensure that all team members meet and exceed the needs of our residents. The Lead Resident Service Attendant has additional duties involving coordination and administration, as well as providing trouble shooting and/or guidance if Management is not on-site. The Lead Resident Service Attendant may handle critical issues and may be required to make judgement calls when timeliness is a priority. When issues are not urgent, information is reported to the Security Chief, providing the facts of the matter and seeking instruction for how to proceed. The Lead Resident Service Attendant must coach their team members and offer recommendations for recognition as well as progressive discipline.
