They collaborate with the Program Director to implement each residents treatment. Requirements High School Diploma Some knowledge of trauma care. Experience working in Human Services Ability to set healthy boundries. Strong moral and ethical compass Worked in a faith base setting. Essential Functions Residents Orientation knowledge and implementation of residents' treatment plan Assist residents in maintaining their schedule and responsibilities. Provide transportation.
