LVN Contract Details: $756 – $818 per week 13-week contract with possibility of extension Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans Administer and record prescribed medications Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Requirements: Current North Carolina Nursing License American Heart Association BLS 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance 131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
