COMMUNITY NAME West Division Job ID 2024-220430 JOB OVERVIEW At Sunrise, our Regional Director of Sales&Marketing (RDSM) is responsible for sales&marketing support and analysis for the region as well as providing direct sales oversight for assigned focused communities. RESPONSIBILITIES&QUALIFICATIONS Responsibilities: Attract, retain and develop top talent Provide innovative, incomparable, outstanding and consistent care and services Maximize profitability through revenue generation and expense control Retain and enhance the Sunrise culture Qualifications: College degree preferred 5 years of sales management experience or related experience, healthcare and multi-site experience preferred Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline and counseling Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to link information to action and results Able to travel in geographic area Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments to the appropriate individuals based on their skills, roles and interests Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations Competent in organizational, time management skills - Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications Ability to work weekends, evenings, flexible hours available to our customers at peak service delivery times Sunrise maintains a safe and drug-free work environment and all offers of employment with Sunrise are conditioned on submitting to and successfully completing and passing a background check and drug test.
