Possible activities include club wide events or traditions, volunteer appreciation events, local rowing community events, and developing community partnerships. In both these roles it is expected that an annual calendar will be maintained both outward facing to all relevant parties and inward facing to the staff, members, and volunteers. Annual Salary $60,000- $75,000, including potential for incentive based compensation. 80% of work is expected to be completed on site in regular working hours.
