Join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in Delray Beach This is a part-time (less than 30 hours per week) fully in office position in our office in Delray Beach, FL. Key Areas of Responsibility Manage Reception by kindly greeting guests and providing general support to visitors Effectively communicate by e-mail, telephone and written correspondence any information pertaining to the Client Services office Manage local employees badge access Order and stock all office and break-room supplies Manage vendor relationships for office and break-rooms Collect and distribute mail and shipments accordingly Provide office support services such as photocopying, compilation and distribution of materials Point of contact for building management and input maintenance requests as needed Ensure conference rooms, supply rooms and break-rooms are always neat, stocked and maintained Place orders for breakfast and lunch for meetings as needed Support Administration with other duties as assigned Job/Performance Expectations Positive helpful attitude towards visitors and employees Attention to keeping office space neat, organized and well stocked Knowledge of computer software packages including Outlook, Word and Excel Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Adaptable and motivated to learn Diplomatic problem solver and results-driven Written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone) Knowledge of office procedures, practices and equipment Ability to work independently and in stressful situations Ability to multi-task We are looking for people with: High School Diploma or equivalent Two to three years’ relevant experience in an office environment J-18808-Ljbffr
