If you’re looking for a role with excellent commission earning and growth opportunities, apply now Responsibilities Follow the team plan Lead follow up Execute consultations BRE signed CRM and database mastery Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation $100,000 at plan commissions About KW Lake Forest Keller Williams Lake Forest is the home for dozens of teams and top producers who consistently rank among the top agents in SoCal.
