Responsibilities: Embrace ongoing career training opportunities and be receptive to coaching to enhance professional growth. Attend team functions, events, and meetings consistently to stay engaged and informed. Build and nurture relationships within the real estate industry while delivering exceptional service. Interact with leads effectively to nurture and convert them into clients successfully. Provide outstanding customer service to add value for buyers and sellers. Secure listing agreements and skillfully sell properties to achieve sales targets. Pre-screen potential buyers to streamline and expedite the sales process. Guide buyers through the purchasing journey and assist them in getting under contract. Conduct open houses regularly on behalf of the team leader to showcase properties effectively. Qualifications: Should be a dedicated full-time realtor committed to professionalism and continuous growth.
