Job Description Job Description Represent clients in trial / court Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf our clients Negotiate settlements for Property Tax disputes Comply with all legal standards and regulations of civil procedures Perform administrative and management functions related to settle property tax cases Work efficiently with our property tax experts&company owners to settle property tax disputes on cases Assist company owners/ experts in personal, company disputes, collections Job Qualifications Must have bar licensed Experience: Completion of state bar exam; some experience preferred Previous legal experience preferred but not necessary Licensed in Texas Familiarity with various legal documents Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build rapport with clients, experts, with opposing counsel Must have strong negation skills in court&with opposing side Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Our firm is a small business&growing We has been in business over 30 plus years and still growing by leaps and bounds.
