Our real estate team is looking for a Listing Agent to join us The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service. This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions. If this sounds like you, apply now Responsibilities Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings. Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly. Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base. Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing. Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales. Qualifications Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information. Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
