Annual salary range: $235,000 – $310,000 We are looking to speak with junior to mid-level finance associate attorneys to join our client’s Real Estate Finance practice in their Chicago office. Your practice will span transactional real estate, land use law, public incentives, and business licensing. You will represent purchasers and sellers, lessors and lessees, providers of debt and equity, developers, and project operators. Additionally, you will represent end users in transactions ranging from the beginning phases of due diligence, formation of joint ventures, design and construction, to the ongoing operations, leasing, licensing, disposition, redevelopment, and refinancing of existing properties.
