Position Details Job Title: Radiology - Breast Imaging Faculty Position, Loyola University Chicago Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging Position Title: Radiology - Breast Imaging Faculty Position Job Category: SSOM Clinical Faculty Job Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Campus: Maywood-Health Sciences Campus Department Name: RADIOLOGY Duties and Responsibilities: The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging is seeking a full-time board certified diagnostic radiologist with extensive experience or fellowship training in breast imaging. The candidate will join an experienced breast imaging team at our rapidly growing breast care program. Proficiency in reading digital mammography/tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and interventional skills for all modality biopsy guidance is required. The breast centers are equipped with digital mammography/Hologic 3D mammography units, diagnostic US units, ABUS, breast MRI (3T), and dedicated biopsy suites for stereotactic (3D) and US-guided biopsies. Our group is committed to providing excellent patient care and high-quality breast imaging, fostering great relationships with referring surgeons, oncologists, and primary care providers. This role will involve coordination with breast surgeons, plastic reconstruction surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists with regularly scheduled case conferences.
