Job Description&Requirements Radiation Therapist - (Rad Ther) StartDate: 11/25/2024 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1621.11 - $1867.80 Radiation Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks 8:00AM - 4:30PM HCA Florida Capital Hospital Cancer Center is seeking a locum’s radiation physics coverage for 13 weeks coverage. We currently have a Radixact tomotherapy unit. Installation of a Varian TrueBeam will begin July 18, 2022. GE Optima 580 RT CT Unit Current patient load 35 patients per day 7:00 AM-5:00 PM on our tomotherapy unit . Techniques utilized-IMRT/IGRT, SRS/SBRT, and HDR Florida Therapeutic Radiological Physicist license required. Therapeutic Medical Physics certification through the American Board of Radiology require 2 years experience Required Qualifications Radiation Therapist, Radiation Experience: 2 years Licenses: RADTHER-FL Certifications: T-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Preferred Qualifications none Facility Location Situated only 20 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico, Florida’s state capital offers an intriguing blend of old and new.
